I am a male, 66 years of age and I have suffered chronic constipation most of my life. I
began receiving colonics about 15 yrs ago. Most were sporadic, not on a regular basis
and in almost all cases, the “hydro-therapist” would just “stand by and let the water do
the work”. Relief, if any, was only temporary. Even at well known “Health institutions”

based on tests that were given to me during my annual exam. He also suggested,based on

When I met Tatyana Lantz, almost a year ago, I had never had a colonic and I was
(naturally) nervous and yes, a bit shy about the process. But, I was having some
constipation and had gained some weight and thought I’d explore the option to have a

i have had a few colonics in the past, or so I thought, until I went to Restoration. I
did a 14 day cleanse that included Colonic therapy. The expertise at Restoration is
exceptional. The knowledge, background, etc. exceeds any expectations I might have
had!!! It really got me moving, cleaned out and healthier than I think I have ever been.
This is coming from a full time Professional fitness expert. I highly recommend

I had 3 lymphatic drainage (B.E.L.D.) sessions over a 3 day period…. the last session I went directly to a Colon HydroTherapy session with Dasha she does some great abdominal work…. OMG the old stuff that came out of my body was incredible!!!! Typically I don’t have a bowel movement the next day after a colonic…. HOWEVER this time HOLY COW @ 6 am the next morning I was releasing more!  

I was thinking about trying a colonic for years. DO IT, if that’s you. I was amazed at how the awkwardness goes away pretty quick. Dasha and Tatyana are amazing. You will read posts about their personality and it is right on. I love the Flushin’ Russian and Dasha is wonderful. I have had 2 sessions and feeling great. Working on some more as I have had a lifelong problem with constipation. Can’t wait to get this on track and more “normal”. Lost 5 lbs with the first two sessions.  

I just got home from my first colon cleanse experience. Can I say that it’s ridiculous how much better I feel?!!!! OMG, I went in hoping it would help as I was to the point of having back pain from being so out of rhythm in my intestines. Well, an hour later and everything feels better. I feel lighter, clearer, more focused and seem to have a spring in my step that wasn’t there before. Nice. Tatyana is awesome. I learned a lot from her and she introduced me to some minerals, herbs and vitamins I was likely lacking. I’ll give the supplements a go and see how much better I feel over the next month with those as well. Highly, highly recommend Tatyana and her healing services!!!
